Florence+The Machine on Repeat

The UK's very own treasure, Florence+The Machine, has quirky and visually stunning videos bursting with color. Saw one on VH-1 and can't get enough. There is Florence, and there is her machine which is described as a "flexible beast" on the band website, sometimes consisting of a drum machine, sometimes a piano, and at times a full seven piece band.

It's all about Florence though. Florence Welch is mesmerizing with her powerfully organic voice, and vibrant flaming hair. She goes from a warrior in "Dog Days Are Over," to a cosmic and ethereal princess in "Cosmic Love." She's magical, like her music, which is only fitting considering she believes music has special powers.

On the band website she said,"music, at its best, is a kind of magic that lifts you up and takes you somewhere else. “I want my music to sound like throwing yourself out of a tree, or off a tall building, or as if you’re being sucked down into the ocean and you can’t breathe. It’s something overwhelming and all-encompassing that fills you up, and you’re either going to explode with it, or you’re just going to disappear.”
Well said. Now let's explode with Florence...
