Queen of the runway, Alexander McQueen left behind a legacy of artistically crafted shoes. He will forever be known as a designer who pushed the boundaries, and was always at the cutting edge of fashion.
The Queen will reign again come Fall, with that "signature heel" that only the fiercest of the fierce can pull off. The 2010 line, ironically inspired by the Dark Ages, is the only thing that can bring McQueen's minions from a dark age without such a brilliant soul on the runway.
