Thom Yorke's got a new single and video lurking in the music shadows, but we've got it right here! He's covering Mark Mulcahy's "All For The Best," for "Ciao My Shining Star: The Songs of Mark Mulcahy." The song sounds distinctly different from the original version once Yorke adds his own "Eraser" flavor to the mix- with a little dash of brotherly love. The song also features Andy Yorke, Thom's younger brother.
Yorke also added a bit of himself to the Twilight Saga's New Moon Soundtrack, which was announced yesterday on Stephanie Meyer's website. Yorke's "Hearing Damage" was made specifically for the film. The soundtrack is packed with great artists like Muse, Death Cab, The Killers, OK GO, Lykke Li, Bon Iver, and Grizzly Bear to name a few...TwiFreaks can get the album on October 20th, a month before the movie's official release date!
