Chris brown tweeted about his upcoming album "Graffiti" this week calling it his best album yet. "Graffiti!!! Comin Soon...Just finished it...hands down...My best album...That's all imma give away right now. I honestly don't think the game is ready for the recordz comin off the new album...(not tryna be cocky)!!! LOL," he tweeted. Question is, will anyone buy it?
